INTERACTION OF SUPPLEMENTS
1. Take zinc with folic acid (prefer L-methyl folate NOVAFOL)
2. Do not take vitamin B12 with Glucophage (metformin) for at least 2 hours
3. Do not take Vit. B12 and Vit. C together
4. Take calcium with Vitamin K2, K2 slowly removes calcium and plaque from the arteries
5. Take Calcium with magnesium.
6. Calcium without magnesium can cause arthritis
7. Prolonged use of high doses of zinc can cause copper deficiency
8. Iron is readily absorbed if taken with Vitamin C
9. Absorption of Iron is reduced in the presence of milk or calcium
10. Take turmeric with black pepper and fat (oil etc.)
11. Do not take tea or coffee for a few hours after taking calcium supplements
12. High doses of Vitamin A can cause lung cancer in smokers
13. Vitamin A, D, E, K, K2 are fat-soluble, take them with something oily or milk or nuts or with food
14. All vitamin B types (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, etc. and Vitamin C can be taken with water or food
Sir very very useful information. Sir I take Vitrum or SurbexZ along with Cod liver oil (1 softgel) after breakfast (tea or coffee included). After an hour I took CaC1000 plus Calcium
