The Best Way to Eat Turmeric ہلدی

 

Turmeric is a widely accepted and scientifically proven non-controversial natural anti-biotic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidant. It is being used for thousands of years for these purposes. In the sub-continent, it is an essential part of the local cuisines.


Drinking turmeric mixed milk is recommended to heal physical injuries and reduce arthritic pains.

But, you will be disappointed to know that the way the turmeric powder is produced, its vital ingredient called curcumin is almost destroyed. However, curcumin can be bought as a supplement. I shall recommend that you should eat turmeric in the form of a sauce. Here is the recipe which I am using:

Take 100 grams of raw turmeric, 100 grams of ginger, 50 grams of garlic. Raw turmeric is easily available in vegetable shops. Crush all the three ingredients to make a paste. Mix some lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, some salt and red chilies powder in it, and store it in a glass jar. It is better to keep it refrigerated.

One teaspoonful with every meal will prevent and cure many of your health problems.
