How to Prepare Chicken Gizzards ( مرغ کے پوٹے)
Remove the yellow membrane from the chicken gizzards. If you buy it from a good store like Carrefour, Metro, Tollington Market, etc., it will be available with membrane removed. It may cost you from 100 to 150 rupees per kilo depending on the type of market.
Put the
gizzards in a bowl and marinate it with red chilies, salt, turmeric and a
