Folic acid is Vit B9 and the water-soluble vitamins are excreted through urine if taken in mega doses.

Medicines
Although no
such medicine has been discovered to treat COVID 19, yet the following drugs
can considerably slow down the replication of the novel coronavirus and pretect
from the collateral damage to different vital organs:
Given below are the medicine which should be used only if you
contract COVID 19. Start these medicines immediately the moment you suspect
that the hoarse throat, body aches or fever might be due to coronavirus. If it
turns out to be a normal sore throat or flu, you can quit it, except the
antibiotics which you may take for at least three days. Everyone should take
ivermectin annually for the roundworms, do not stop it and complete its three
days’ course.
- Ivermectin (2 tablets of 6mg daily
empty stomach for three days.
- Azithromycin 250 mg (2 tablets on the
first day and one tablet for the next four days). Take only if breathlessness (problem with breathing) at
rest. Or you can use Doxycycline instead of Azithromycin, as well. Dose: 200 mg x
daily for 5-7 days. Doxycycline has anti-viral properties.
- Melatonin 5 mg once daily, an hour
before going to sleep. It will regulate your sleep cycle and carries
anti-inflammatory properties.
- Imodium x two if you get diarrhea;
as high dose vitamin C, Zinc, and Magnesium oxide can upset the tummy. The muted coronavirus is affecting the
gastrointestinal system, as well.
- Hydraline-DM for cough (two
teaspoons twice daily)
- Glucophage
(metformin) is preventive and curative. Originally this drug was introduced for
the treatment of influenza. 500 mg twice daily. The maximum dose is 1 gram
twice daily.
- Pepcidin or Famot (Famotidine) x
120 - 260 mg per day (optional) if you feel hyperacidity
Don’t take any medicine for fever if you get it. Fever is an essential part of
our immune system to fight off infections. You can use cold compresses on the head,
arms and legs though for symptoms relief. Take Panadol (Paracetamol) if more
than 102 degrees F in adults and more than 101 degrees F in children.
That's really informative. Sir, for SunnyD capsules, my doctor recommends me to take once a month and for second month, check the vitamin D in blood before taking the second.
ReplyDeleteSami, that is when you do not have deficiency of Vit. D. If you are deficient, you have to make it good by having higher doses and once you have good levels, you can resort to five thousand to 10 thousand daily or 50 thousand dose weekly.
DeleteSir can I take multivitamins (SurbexZ or Vitrium) along with Cod liver oil supplements?
ReplyDeleteyes you can. In fact, some multivitamin supplements also contain fish oil. In most cases, it's fine to take a multivitamin and fish oil together but cod liver oil contains high amount of vitamins A and D which, combined with your multivitamin, could increase your risk of overdoing it on those nutrients.
DeleteCod liver oil is rich in Vit D and Vit A. But one tea spoon contains only 400 international units. You will have to take higher quantity of fish oil. Fish oil contains omega 3 and also good for inflammation. Vit D works better if taken along with Vit. A. Water soluble vitamins cannot be overdosed because they are secreted out of your body. However, Vit. D and Vit A cannot be taken in toxic quantity, for example it should not cross 100 nanogram/ ml.
